Maintain an updated cash flow and monitor the financial schedule If you are proficient in accounts payable and receivable routines and enjoy working with responsibility and attention to detail, this opportunity may be for you! ### **Your main responsibilities:** * Execute and control **accounts payable and accounts receivable** routines * Maintain an updated cash flow * Issue and track **bank slips, invoices, and payment receipts** * Manage **supplier payments, payroll, and taxes** * Monitor the **financial schedule** and alert regarding due dates * Populate and update **financial control spreadsheets** * Support **document organization** and monthly closings * Liaise with banks, suppliers, and external accounting as needed ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel * Proven experience in the role Preferably reside in Pardinho or nearby areas * ### **Work Schedule and Employment Type:** * Monday to Friday, on-site from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
