Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems, conducting technical inspections and fault diagnostics. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems 2. Diagnosis and correction of electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical failures 3. Compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Conduct technical inspections on air conditioning equipment (in general). Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical failures in refrigeration equipment. Assemble, install, replace, and repair components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, pumps, valves, pressure switches, thermostats, and other system devices. Perform operational tests, temperature, pressure, electrical current, and performance measurements on equipment. Charge, recover, and handle refrigerants in accordance with technical and environmental regulations. Perform technical cleaning of coils, condensers, evaporators, drain pans, filters, and other system components. Work on electrical panels, electrical controls, motors, sensors, contactors, relays, frequency inverters, and automation systems related to air conditioning equipment. Interpret electrical diagrams, refrigeration schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturer manuals. Record performed activities in work orders, checklists, and maintenance management systems. Support the installation, startup, and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment and systems. Identify improvement opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and operational reliability of equipment. Maintain organization of tools, materials, and the workplace, adhering to quality and 5S standards. Comply with Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations, observing applicable requirements of NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35.
