Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Create standard manuals for projects — aiming for Bernoulli’s standards and quality. * Equations and formulas — develop and apply equations and fractions according to the technical standards of each exact science discipline (PHY, CHE, MAT, and BIO), using the available tool (MathType software) to produce required equations, standardizing them per segment. * Review each digital material/item, taking responsibility for its quality and interactive functionality. * Design the visual proposal for digital items (books, websites, image-based questions, and video solutions), distributing and organizing graphic elements in space — such as text, photos, illustrations, charts, and infographics — while respecting the project’s graphic standards and visual identity specifications, aiming for readability, organization, and visual appeal of the book. * Perform photo editing to improve the technical quality of images; develop standardized charts and tables, both visually and technically, to ensure and provide good readability of printed material for students’/teachers’ understanding. * Transcribe texts provided as images into editable format, aiming to improve content readability and thereby support student learning and ensure visual and aesthetic consistency of the material. * Analyze guidelines and documents from each publication’s departments; perform layout assembly, typesetting, and corrections based on feedback from reviewers, pedagogical analysts, and authors — building creative pages and adjusting them according to each publication’s visual proposal, to spark student interest, uphold editorial and pedagogical standards, and guarantee learning quality through effective visual organization of the publication. * Design pages for each publication, analyzing optimal composition per segment/collection, organizing graphic elements — such as text, photos, illustrations, charts, maps, and infographics — while adhering to each collection’s graphic project technical standards, ensuring readability, organization, and visual appeal of each page. **Work model for this position:** * ***CLT, Hybrid (candidates from Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or Remote.*** * Workload: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Graphic Design and/or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Bridge); * Knowledge of InDesign; * Familiarity with MathType is desirable. **Additional information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more — for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are eligible for 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are eligible for 100% remote work from the child’s birth until the child’s 6th month Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use the personal data you register on the Gupy platform.
