We believe diversity is essential to strengthening our organization and our people, resulting in better client experiences, continuous innovation, and genuine engagement. **If you are a challenge-driven individual determined to make a difference,** **Join our team!** **Key Responsibilities / Activities** * Support Financial Due Diligence and Transaction Services projects. * Process, validate, and structure accounting, financial, and operational information. * Develop databooks and analytical databases, ensuring data consistency, quality, and traceability. * Organize and reconcile trial balances, general ledgers, and financial statements. * Structure working papers and supporting databases for financial analysis. * Consolidate and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data. * Process bank statements and support cash flow analysis. * Develop automations and routines for data processing and transformation using Excel, Power Query, and Python. * Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and presentations of analysis results. * Support project management and coordination of activities. * Monitor deadlines, quality, and documentation of deliverables. **Academic Qualifications** **Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed):** * Accounting * Business Administration * Economics * Engineering * Information Systems * Data Science or related fields **Required Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel * Accounting and Financial Statements * Data manipulation and processing * Power Query * Python (basic/intermediate) for data analysis **Desirable Knowledge (a plus):** * SQL * Power BI * Pandas and NumPy * Alteryx, KNIME, or similar tools * Due Diligence, Audit, or Transaction Services processes **Desired Skills and Attitudes** * Analytical and data-oriented profile * Logical reasoning * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity * Ability to work with large volumes of information * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment * Confidentiality * Self-development * Professional integrity and ethics **Requirements** * Intermediate English (preferred) * Advanced Excel * Python for data analysis * Interest in Finance, M\&A, Due Diligence, and Data Analytics.
