Organization and control of administrative documents Responsible for customer service and supporting the dealership's administrative routines, primarily handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, document organization, and invoices, ensuring courteous service and administrative organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service (in-person, telephone, and/or digital), delivering information and directing requests. * Perform **accounts payable and accounts receivable** routines, including verification of amounts, deadlines, and system entries. * Organize, verify, and file **invoices**, bills, and other administrative documents. * Support payment, receipt, and basic reconciliation controls. * Assist in organizing fiscal and administrative documents. * Maintain spreadsheets and systems up to date. * Provide support to other administrative areas as needed. * Ensure sector organization and compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable). * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines. * Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). * Strong communication skills and organizational ability. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Strong communication skills and courtesy in customer service. * Teamwork. * Commitment to deadlines and routine tasks.
