We are seeking a Corporate Analyst to support corporate restructuring processes, oversee routine corporate affairs of companies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain up-to-date registrations with competent authorities. Key Responsibilities: * Draft articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes, and other corporate documents; * Conduct company registration, amendment, and dissolution procedures; * Arrange registrations and filings with agencies such as the Board of Trade, Federal Revenue Service, and other relevant entities; * Monitor registration status (CNPJ, state and municipal registrations); * Provide support for corporate reorganizations (mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions); * Manage negative certificates and legal documents; * Organize and verify corporate documents and processes. Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Law, or related fields; * Extensive experience as a corporate analyst; * Knowledge of corporate and business legislation; * Familiarity with Board of Trade procedures and regulatory agencies; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability.
