**Join our Team!** We are seeking a professional to join our Revenue Collection and Collections team, responsible for managing the accounts receivable lifecycle and overseeing customer delinquency. The role involves direct interaction with active collection processes, financial reconciliation, and performance indicator tracking — making it a strategic position for the company’s financial health. **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Execute the collection workflow per internal policies, contacting delinquent customers via phone, e\-mail, SMS, and other defined channels * Perform credit bureau reporting (negative listing) and removal of restrictions from credit protection agencies (SPC, Serasa), adhering strictly to established timelines and procedures * Conduct accounts receivable reconciliation, ensuring accurate payment application and identifying discrepancies between billed and received amounts * Monitor and manage delinquent customer portfolios, prioritizing collection actions based on delinquency bands * Provide support to delinquent customers, negotiating payment agreements within company guidelines * Track and record all collection activities in internal systems (CRM/ERP) * Prepare periodic reports on revenue collection, delinquency, and collection performance, including KPI analysis such as recovery rate, portfolio aging, and delinquency ratio * Support internal audits and provide data for monthly financial closing **What we’re looking for:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields * Prior experience in collections, revenue collection, or finance (including internships) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) * Familiarity with management systems (ERP/CRM) **Nice to have:** * Experience in the telecommunications or utilities sector * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) * Hands\-on experience with credit bureau reporting and credit recovery processes Our selection process will be conducted entirely online.
