We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to assume responsibility for managing this area, leading improvement projects, conducting analyses and negotiations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and administer the corporate benefits portfolio, including health insurance, dental insurance, meal/voucher allowance, transportation/fuel vouchers, Premium Pass, life insurance, and Wellhub. * Handle employee enrollment, removal, and database maintenance with providers and vendors. * Monitor deadlines, verify and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy of amounts and correct submission for payroll deduction. * Directly operate benefits processes, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and data quality. * Support employees and managers by clarifying questions and addressing requests clearly, empathetically, and promptly. * Conduct cost, co-payment, and utilization analyses of benefits, proposing improvements and optimizations. * Lead and support contract negotiations and renewals with vendors. * Serve as the primary contact with vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and resolution of inconsistencies. * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, such as cost per life, participation rate, utilization rate, and claims ratio. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. * Collaborate closely with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Recruitment teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely execution. * Actively participate in structuring the benefits department, reviewing processes and policies, and proposing continuous improvements. * Support implementation projects for new benefits, vendors, or systems. * Conduct communication and engagement initiatives regarding benefits to promote better understanding and mindful usage among employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields). * Experience managing health plans and analyzing claims data. * Solid experience in the benefits field, covering both strategic and operational responsibilities. * Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to benefits. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with payroll/benefits systems (e.g., Senior). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in structuring or reorganizing a benefits department. * Experience working in companies with multiple locations or corporate structures. * Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management. **Additional Information** Benefits Meal/Voucher Allowance of BRL 30.00 per day (no 20% deduction); Transportation/Fuel Voucher (no 6% deduction); Unimed Health Plan (monthly fee fully covered by the company); Uniodonto Dental Plan (no co-payment); Attendance Bonus; Gympass (Wellhub); Monthly multivitamin kit; Essential Nutrition products available in cafeterias; Life Insurance; 50% discount on our products; Discount network at stores and restaurants; Year-end gift; Meditation/Rest room; Health promotion program offering medical, pediatric, and psychological consultations; Be Generous Project — supplementation support for employees during pregnancy; Partnerships with universities, language schools, and early childhood education institutions; Education Assistance Scholarship covering up to 50% of course tuition; Free parking.
