Job Summary: An accounting professional responsible for analyzing documentation, performing accounting and bank reconciliations, calculating taxes, and preparing accounting reports. Key Highlights: 1. Handling accounting documentation analysis and screening 2. Responsible for reconciling accounting and bank entries 3. Preparing accounting reports and fulfilling tax obligations Strong communication and writing skills, technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, planning and organizational skills, and a customer service orientation **Main Responsibilities:** Requesting, receiving, and performing screening and analysis of accounting documentation (spreadsheets, receipts, bank statements); verifying fiscal integration; verifying payroll integration; verifying fee integration; classifying and executing accounting entries for financial transactions (recording receipts and payments); reconciling accounting and bank entries; reconciling and verifying tax and contribution calculations (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, INSS, FGTS, etc.); handling withheld taxes; performing month-end closing and preparing accounting reports (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet); printing and archiving annual accounting books (Journal, Ledger, and auxiliary ledgers); resolving pending issues and submitting the SPED Contábil (EFD, ECF, ECD, DCTF, REINF, DEFIS). Domino system; experience in accounting firms.
