Experience with administrative routines and Microsoft Office **Opportunity to work in the northern part of the island (Vargem Grande) at a company specializing in the sale and repair of motor pumps.** Responsibilities: * Manage inventory; * Handle phone calls, e-mail, and WhatsApp communications; * Prepare quotations from suppliers; * Place purchase orders; * Register purchase invoices in the system; * Enter expense invoices into the system; * Organize bills for payment; * Prepare and forward payroll to accounting; * Verify employee time cards and overtime hours; * Prepare financial reports; * Monitor e-mail. Requirements: * Experience with administrative routines; * Completed high school education and/or technical training in a related field; * Experience/knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office; **Salary: BRL 1847.00 + Meal Allowance (BRL 19.00/day) + Transportation Allowance** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
