The accounting intern's role is to assist in performing routine accounting-related activities. The intern will work under the guidance of an Accounting Department Supervisor and be responsible for assisting in carrying out tasks necessary to maintain the accuracy of clients' accounting records. **Main responsibilities include:** * Organizing accounting-related documentation; * Preparing documents and assisting in accounting classification; * Assisting in recording accounting events and transactions; * Assisting in tax calculations; * Supporting the preparation of trial balances, income statements (DRE), balance sheets, and other financial statements; * Assisting in fulfilling ancillary obligations; * Providing support in executing and controlling accounting spreadsheets and reports; * Preparing individual income tax returns; * Participating in resolving pending issues; * Maintaining continuous learning; **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences; * Availability to work a 6-hour daily schedule (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a 1-hour break). **Internship stipend:** R$ 970.00 \+ transportation allowance. **Benefits:** Career development plan; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Birthday Day Off;
