Providing technical support to the team and improving internal processes We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to join the team of a mid-sized accounting office in Indaiatuba, directly handling accounting routines and contributing to delivery quality and client success. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting journal entries and reconciliations; * Conduct monthly accounting closings; * Support tax calculation and ancillary tax obligations; * Review and analyze accounting information to ensure record consistency; * Organize and control accounting documents; * Improve internal processes and meet established deadlines; * Provide technical support to the team and contribute to delivery quality for clients; **Requirements** * Prior experience in an accounting firm; * Solid experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting closings; * Familiarity with the Domínio system is considered a plus; * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM * Format: On-site **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise; * Meal/food allowance (VA/VR) of R$31.00 per working day (average R$744.00/month); * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount; * Total Pass; * Life Link Wellness Plan; * Commuter pass (VT) or on-site parking.
