We are looking for a proactive, committed Accounting Analyst with strong motivation to learn and grow professionally to join our team. The professional will be responsible for performing routine accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, tax calculations, preparation of financial statements and trial balances, analysis of financial information, client interaction, and use of the Domínio system. Location: Mooca/SP Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 Main Responsibilities: * Perform bank, supplier, customer, and balance sheet (asset/liability) reconciliations. * Classify and record financial and tax documents. * Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, income statements (DRE), and management reports for clients. * Prepare and submit statutory obligations (SPED Contábil, ECD, ECF) with focus on compliance. * Support clients by addressing accounting-related questions and assisting with document management. * Ensure correct cost center classification; * Stay updated on tax legislation and accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). * Work with companies under the Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes. **Requirements** * Experience in accounting firms; * Practical experience in month-end and year-end closing routines; * Knowledge of tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real); * Proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility; * Committed to deadlines and delivery quality; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Motivated to grow and develop within the accounting field; * Experience with the Domínio system is a plus.
