WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description

Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, production engineering, or related fields. A technical course in procurement is desirable; * Strategic involvement in warehouse operations, with focus on receiving, inspection, storage, and production supply management. Experience monitoring performance indicators and executing action plans aimed at operational efficiency; * Experience leading teams and aligning with production planning and control processes; * Basic knowledge of WMS; * Familiarity with the 5S methodology; * Understanding of production supply flow; * Basic knowledge of chemical products. Responsibilities: * Supervise the work team by monitoring execution of receiving, inspection, storage, and production supply activities; * Support implementation of the action plan to achieve departmental performance indicators (KPIs), providing timely information to the immediate supervisor for decision-making; * Monitor daily and weekly production supply planning in coordination with the Production Planning and Control (PCPP) team; * Monitor the DMP team; * Temporarily cover DMP demands and responsibilities as needed to prevent process disruption; * Monitor department routines to achieve daily objectives; * Ensure correct execution of the daily schedule; * Ensure cleanliness and organization within the department.
