We are looking for a **Supermarket Sales Representative** to serve customers in the SM channel — supermarkets with **5 to 10 checkouts**, ensuring execution of commercial strategy and optimal in-store performance of our products. You will manage the customer portfolio in the **Maringá, PR** region. **A Taste of What You’ll Do** * **Manage the Portfolio:** Serve traditional retail customers, ensuring execution of commercial strategy and optimal in-store performance of our products. * **Ensure Monthly Deliveries:** Understand monthly targets, customer history, and potential to develop effective sales planning and execution. * **Execute Route Visits:** Visit customers according to the pre-established route schedule and daily activities defined by the planning team, and perform check-in and check-out. * **Conduct Negotiations:** Identify opportunities, diagnose customer portfolio profile and priorities, and negotiate sales. * **Build Relationships:** Establish long-term, professional relationships with customers’ buyers. * **Master the Portfolio:** Study, know, and master the full range of products you sell, as well as current commercial policies and active sales campaigns. **We’re Looking for Someone With** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (mandatory). * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (mandatory), and personal vehicle (mandatory). * Prior experience in consumer goods sales and merchandising activities, promotions, deadlines, and commercial payment terms (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems is a plus.
