An industrial automation and electric motors company is hiring a salesperson. Requirements: * Strong commercial profile, results-oriented. * Enjoys sales and interacting with people. * Experience in active prospecting. * Resilient, communicative, organized, and disciplined. * Basic computer skills required, especially Windows and Office. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Preferred qualifications: * Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Automation. Main responsibilities: Activities: * Prospecting new clients in Cascavel and surrounding cities. * Consultative customer service and sales of products (Industrial Automation, Motors, etc.). * Customer portfolio management and proposal follow-up. * Monthly prospecting trips within the region, round-trip on the same day. Salary and benefits: Benefits and Conditions Fixed Salary: R$ 2\.800,00\. Variable: Attractive commission (after 3 months of experience).
