Job Summary: Farmácias Nissei is seeking a Training Analyst to support the organization, delivery, and follow-up of onboarding and training processes, as well as develop and deliver in-person and online training. We are recognized as the 7th largest pharmacy chain in the country (ABRAFARMA 2022\), transforming the lives of thousands of people daily by offering quality products that promote wellness and health for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Support the organization and delivery of onboarding processes for new employees; * Monitor employee journeys, identifying training and development needs; * Assist in developing, updating, and managing training content and materials; * Deliver and support operational and institutional in-person and online training sessions; * Provide support to leaders and teams in accessing and using the learning platform; * Respond to and follow up on training content requests; * Register new courses and monitor updates on the online platform; * Request adjustments and improvements to the learning platform and track their implementation; * Prepare training reports and metrics for performance tracking; * Support the planning, development, and implementation of departmental projects and programs; * Prepare presentations and reports; * Stay updated on trends and advancements in training and communication, proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience delivering in-person and online training; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of Canva for presentations; * Systemic understanding of HR processes.
