Job Summary: We are seeking a QA professional with ownership mindset, critical thinking, and quality focus to collaboratively drive the evolution of testing practices, ensuring reliable and scalable products. Participation in agile ceremonies and support for the evolution of QA practices Role Objective: We seek a professional with an ownership mindset, critical thinking, and quality focus from the earliest stages of development. We expect someone who works collaboratively, proposes continuous improvements, and contributes to the evolution of QA practices—ensuring reliable, scalable, and business-aligned products. \- Responsibilities: * Plan test strategies for new features. * Design test plans, scenarios, and test cases. * Execute manual tests (functional, exploratory, regression, and integration). * Develop, maintain, and evolve automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript. * Validate REST APIs using Postman and Swagger. * Perform queries and validations on SQL databases (and NoSQL, where applicable). * Conduct basic load and performance testing when required. * Identify, log, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle. * Investigate incidents using logs, metrics, and observability tools. * Manage tasks, evidence, and bugs using Azure DevOps. * Participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective). * Collaborate on defining acceptance criteria and quality strategies. * Partner with Developers, Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries. * Support the evolution of QA practices and continuous process improvement. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools, when prior knowledge exists, to increase productivity, assist in analysis, generate documentation, and accelerate test creation and maintenance. \- Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA/Test Analyst. * Experience in test automation using Playwright and TypeScript. * Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs. Desirable Knowledge: * NoSQL databases (concepts and basic queries). * Observability tools for log analysis, metrics, and incident investigation. * Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) applied to: test case generation, technical documentation, automation assistance, defect investigation, and optimization of repetitive tasks. * Test data management. * Awareness of API security (OWASP API Security Top 10\). * Awareness of web application accessibility (a11y) testing.
