We are seeking a **Technology Manager** to lead our technical area. The professional will be responsible for directly guiding our teams, ensuring excellence in deliveries within established deadlines and agile rituals, promoting continuous people development, and driving the technical and architectural evolution of our platform—including integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * **People Management:** Directly lead tech leads, developers, and testers. Conduct periodic 1:1 meetings; support the creation and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on feedback and performance evaluations; promote continuous, structured feedback cycles. Manage overtime, time banks, days off, and vacations for the team. * **Delivery and Process Management:** Organize and monitor ticket deliveries within SLA timelines. Build and maintain the monthly technology roadmap, managing and prioritizing requests from multiple areas (support, implementation, and sales). Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, weekly and monthly planning sessions, and results-oriented retrospectives. Coordinate technical delivery progress jointly with the product team. * **AI Engineering and Architecture:** Discuss, plan, and guide the team on software architecture evolution—ensuring technical understanding of deliveries, trade\-offs, and integration of modern Artificial Intelligence solutions (e.g., LLMs, agents, subagents, skills, and function calling) directly into products and infrastructure. * **Communication and Visibility:** Present periodic follow\-ups and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders. Organize and communicate team goals and KPIs, acting as a clear communication bridge between technology and other company departments. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **What you need to have:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading technology teams (developers, QAs, and tech leads) in hybrid or distributed remote environments. * Technical background in software development: essential to understand what the team delivers, discussing architecture, estimates, and trade\-offs. * Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and architecture (integration of LLMs, agents, subagents, skills). * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), including facilitation of dailies, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives. * Experience managing SLAs, prioritizing tickets, and handling demands from multiple stakeholders under pressure (support, sales, product). * Hands\-on experience building and tracking roadmaps using management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Linear, or similar). * Practical knowledge of *people management*: conducting 1:1s, IDPs, performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and conflict resolution. * Situational leadership, empathy, active listening, and ability to give and receive direct, respectful feedback. * Clear communication, data\-driven mindset, and orientation toward processes and results. **Nice\-to\-have qualifications that catch our eye:** * Experience with engineering metrics (DORA: *lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR, change failure rate*) and goal frameworks (OKRs). * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices at a level sufficient to engage effectively with the team. * Experience in SaaS companies, digital product companies, or organizations undergoing *scale\-up* (rapid team growth). * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (MBA or postgraduate studies in management/leadership are a plus). * Experience mentoring and developing tech leads (leadership succession) and adopting a mentor/coach posture for team development. * *Storytelling* skills for executive presentations and reports to leadership. * Intermediate/advanced English for technical reading and occasional meetings. ### **BENEFITS** **️ Meal Allowance** R$32.67 per day, averaging R$718.00 per month. **Education Assistance** R$212.00 per month via our **flexible benefit**, to invest in your personal and professional growth. **Health and Well\-being** * Health insurance with subsidy * Comprehensive dental plan * Life insurance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – take care of your body and mind with access to gyms, apps, and much more! **Transportation Allowance** – guaranteed mobility. **Fluency Academy** Access to **8 languages**, with exclusive discounts, to accelerate your career! **IPOG** Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and short\-term course tuition fees! ️ **National SESC Agreement** – leisure and culture for your entire family. **Birthday Day Off** – enjoy your special day however you like! **No dress code** – here, you’re free to be yourself! ### **ADDITIONAL PERKS** **Career Development Plan** – real opportunities for growth and development to build a successful career path. **Stock Options** – after 2 years with us, you can apply to join our Stock Options program—a real opportunity, if approved, to become an Auvo shareholder. **Extended Parental Leave** – more time to cherish and care for this special moment with your family—6 months of maternity leave and 20 days of paternity leave. **Referral Program** – refer new talent and earn R$300.00 for each referred candidate who successfully completes their probation period. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Work model:** Remote * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
