Logotelecom is a company specialized in telecommunications solutions, offering telephone, internet, and network infrastructure services for businesses and residential customers. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, WhatsApp, or chat, identifying issues related to connectivity, equipment, and services. Guide customers clearly and efficiently in resolving difficulties, ensuring uninterrupted internet service. Create and manage support tickets in the service system, documenting all interactions and implemented solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous, patient, and solution-oriented service. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Technical Support Specialist, Support Consultant, or Support Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
