We are looking for a **Full Stack / Polyglot Tech Lead**, capable of leading technical teams, defining robust architectures, and actively contributing to the development of innovative solutions for our clients. This professional will be responsible for guiding our development team, implementing best practices, and ensuring high-impact deliveries. **Responsibilities** * Technically lead a multidisciplinary team of developers. * Define architecture, coding, and security standards for strategic projects. * Engage in hands\-on development across multiple languages and frameworks. * Integrate telemetry, IoT, and web/mobile platforms. * Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Support the Product Owner in refining technical requirements. * Promote a software quality culture and continuous improvement. Requirements:* Solid experience as a full stack developer or software engineer. * Proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks (Node.js, Java/Spring, .NET Core, Python, React, Angular, Vue). * Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). * Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes. * Practices of SOLID, Clean Code, TDD, DDD. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in IoT systems, telemetry, and real-time data integration. * AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications. * Experience leading high-performance teams. * Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
