Responsibilities: * Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, operating under high hiring demand; * Demonstrate agility in conducting the selection process, ensuring deadlines are met; * Manage Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees, ensuring their implementation and tracking progress; * Monitor team headcount, efficiently managing the workforce; * Provide support to commercial managers during talent selection and hiring; * Conduct diagnostics and analyses to identify areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process. Requirements: * Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection, especially in high-demand companies; * Ability to conduct selection processes swiftly and efficiently; * Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Individual Development Plans (IDP); * Capability to analyze HR metrics and propose improvements; * Experience in headcount management; * Ability to support commercial managers during the hiring process; * Capacity to identify and propose improvements to optimize processes.
