The **Building Technician** is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction projects, supporting engineers and architects in technical and administrative construction activities. Key responsibilities * Prepare and interpret architectural and structural drawings; * Conduct site surveys and measurements; * Monitor project schedules and service execution; * Inspect material quality and construction phases; * Control budgets, materials, and labor; * Read architectural plans and technical drawings; * Apply occupational safety and civil construction regulations; * Assist with project regularization and technical documentation; Common requirements * Completed technical course in Building Construction; * Professional council registration, where required; * Proficiency in reading technical drawings and standards; * Basic knowledge of construction budgeting and planning; * Familiarity with technical software.
