Job Summary: A professional to engage across the entire system development life cycle, providing civilian services within a military organization, with a focus on Systems Engineering. Civilian service in a military organization We seek a candidate available for 100% on-site work, **with a completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis** or related fields, and **a minimum of 6 years’ experience** in multidisciplinary projects focused on the full system life cycle (conception, requirements, design, integration, verification, and validation). Proficiency in subsystem integration, requirements elicitation, testing, documentation, and Systems Engineering — MBSE, SysML, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools. Familiarity with the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook and ISO/IEC 15288 and ISO 42010 standards. The role covers the entire system development life cycle, delivering civilian services within a military organization. Responsibilities include architecture; verification and validation; design, interconnection, and integration of complex systems with heterogeneous subsystems; system and requirements integration; MBSE-based Systems Engineering, SysML, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools; analysis and development of documentation, testing, and other deliverables. **Compensation and benefits**: BRL 13,249.32 (CLT) + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal Allowance (VR) + Food Allowance (VA) + Health & Dental Plan (all benefits provided without payroll deductions) **Working hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Locations**: Taquari, Lago Norte DF Employment type: Permanent CLT Pay: Starting from BRL 13,249.33 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
