A professional to supervise merchandising promoter teams, with a focus on field activities, implementation of standards, training, route planning, and POS management within the Food Industry.

The Food Industry seeks a Merchandising Supervisor in São José dos Campos.
**Responsibilities:**
Field supervision of both direct and third-party promoter teams, following assigned routes for inspection, guidance, and corrective actions. For third-party promoters, guidance must be communicated to the agency supervisor. Hiring of new personnel across all retail networks/stores in coordination with the coordinator. Compliance with departmental operational procedures as outlined in internal documents (ITs). Ensuring proper use, safety, and maintenance of equipment and materials provided for work. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workplace. Suggesting improvements to processes and execution practices at the POS. Performing tasks in other departments when required. Supporting HR with onboarding, documentation, and working-hour tracking. Leading, guiding, and supervising the merchandising promoter team to ensure compliance with brand standards. Planning and conducting periodic alignment meetings with the promoter team (layout, merchandising, and performance results). Training and providing technical support to promoters on products, execution, and display. Planning visit routes and ensuring proper execution across all points of sale. Ensuring implementation of planograms, product visibility, and display at the POS. Monitoring stockouts, sales performance, and execution KPIs. Preparing field reports with analysis of results, opportunities, and recommendations. Restocking stores during emergencies or in the absence of promoters. Managing and monitoring delivery of materials and worksheets related to tasting activities, including values and volumes per retail network. Handling customer service inquiries (SAC) when necessary.
Previous experience as Merchandising Coordinator, Merchandising Manager, Sales Supervisor, or Merchandising Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
