We are implementing new technologies and automation to improve internal processes and deliver faster, more efficient services. **About the Position** We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence and Process Automation intern to assist in implementing AI solutions, optimizing workflows, and automating tasks at the clinic. The intern will work directly with machine learning technologies, customer service automation, and data analysis. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement AI-powered automations for administrative tasks and customer service. * Integrate chatbot systems, data analytics tools, and automated response systems. * Assist in optimizing internal workflows to reduce process execution time. * Create and manage dashboards and reports for monitoring clinic performance. * Support the team in implementing scripts and tools to streamline departmental routines. * Research and test new AI technologies applicable to the clinic. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Python and APIs (e.g., Trello, WhatsApp, etc.). * Experience with process automation and chatbots is a plus. * Familiarity with machine learning and NLP (Natural Language Processing) is a plus. * Analytical and proactive mindset, with eagerness to learn and experiment with new solutions. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work in an innovative and technology-driven environment. * Continuous learning through real-world automation challenges in the healthcare sector. * Possibility of permanent hiring based on performance. * Market-competitive stipend and benefits.
