Opportunities for professional growth and development Store Supervisor \- Confeipan Confeipan, a company in the confectionery, foodservice, bakery, and packaging sector, is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Store Supervisor. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the customer service team, ensuring excellence in customer service and efficient store operations. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and ensure all employees perform their duties efficiently. * Ensure customers receive high-quality service, resolve issues, and meet customer needs promptly and satisfactorily. * Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and adequate product stock according to company standards. * Monitor team performance, evaluate results, and provide regular feedback to optimize performance. * Track product inflows and outflows, conduct inventory checks, and ensure items are always available and well-organized. * Help achieve established sales targets by analyzing results and adjusting strategies as needed. * Ensure implementation of promotional activities and sales campaigns, guaranteeing effective execution. * Responsible for store opening and closing, cash control, preparation of sales reports, and other administrative documents. * Serve as the communication link between store staff and management, conveying information and implementing directives. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in supervision or team management within retail. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Knowledge of team management and inventory control; * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
