**Squad Leader** **Summary:** We are looking for a Squad Leader to join our VR team. If you are passionate about people and committed to impacting the lives of millions of workers, supporting and guiding daily solutions, come work with us! **Responsibilities:** * Lead a multidisciplinary squad, ensuring alignment among strategic objectives, business priorities, and delivery execution. * Act as a people manager for the squad, conducting performance tracking, continuous feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), career development, and engagement management. * Foster an environment of high collaboration, psychological safety, autonomy, and accountability. * Support building the capabilities required for the team’s growth by identifying skill gaps and development opportunities. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure a sustainable delivery flow. * Remove organizational impediments affecting productivity, quality, or deadlines. * Monitor squad performance metrics, team capacity, and progress toward established goals. * Facilitate the adoption and evolution of agile practices, contributing to the team’s continuous improvement. * Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent retention processes. * Ensure alignment between organizational guidelines and the squad’s activities. **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree **Experience:** * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Hands-on experience in people management, including continuous feedback, performance evaluation, career development, and conflict resolution. * Practical knowledge and application of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. * Experience working in agile environments focused on digital products. * Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience tracking team, delivery, and performance metrics. * Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution. * Knowledge of flow management, prioritization, and capacity planning. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in organizations implementing scaled agile frameworks. * Familiarity with engineering, product, and operational efficiency metrics. * Experience in organizational transformation and change management. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Ability to develop talent, deliver feedback, create IDPs, engage the team, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of continuous growth. * Clear and concise communication; ability to align diverse stakeholders, negotiate priorities, and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority. * Aptitude for building trust-based relationships, encouraging collaborative work, promoting psychological safety, and mediating conflicts maturely. * Ownership of squad deliverables, monitoring of metrics, removal of impediments, and assurance that strategic goals are achieved with quality and predictability. * Openness to change, encouragement of innovation, and promotion of continuous evolution of people, processes, and agile practices. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Evolui Program \- Partnership with Unico Skill * Culture Voucher * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Partnership * Profit-Sharing Program * Monthly Remote Work Allowance * Total Pass and/or Wellhub * Partnership with Zenklub * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance * Paid Leaves **At VR, we value diversity and inclusion.
