Opportunity for professional development About the Role: We are looking for a Social Media professional to join the team of an expanding aesthetic clinic. We seek a candidate who enjoys transforming ideas into content that fosters connection, authority, and delights our patients. Responsibilities: Core duties Plan, create, and execute the social media editorial calendar. Produce social media content. Capture images and videos of procedures, staff, and clinic facilities. Edit photos and videos for publication. Write captions using copywriting techniques and calls-to-action (CTAs). Cover clinic events, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes activities. Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. Develop promotional campaigns for treatments, product launches, and special dates. Collaborate with the sales and reception teams to support patient acquisition initiatives. Identify market trends and content opportunities. Ensure all communications align with the clinic’s positioning and visual identity. Submit Portfolio Requirements and Qualifications Proficiency in editing tools. Knowledge of photography and video recording for social media. Excellent written communication skills and creativity. Ability to operate professional cameras. Professional and original video editing. The company seeks to move beyond basic, rigid edits or pre-made templates from apps like CapCut. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aesthetic clinics, healthcare, or wellness. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite. Basic understanding of paid traffic. Knowledge of SEO for social media. Experience producing human-centered and institutional content. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth of qualified followers. Engagement rate. Post reach and impressions.
