A public transportation company located in the West Zone of São Paulo is seeking a Social Assistant for a temporary position to cover maternity leave. **Responsibilities:** * Provide emotional support and referrals to specialized services, such as medical and psychological assistance; * Participate in the development and implementation of social programs within the company, aiming to improve the work environment and employees' quality of life; * Mediate conflicts, promoting dialogue and peaceful resolution of issues that may arise among employees or between staff and management; * Conduct individual consultations to help identify and resolve problems affecting employees' quality of life; Prepare social opinions and reports; * **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work; * Active registration with the **CRESS**; * Experience in an organizational environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * **Additional Information:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:30, with a 30-minute break. * Location: Jaguaré. * Temporary position covering maternity leave, expected until 02/2027\. **Benefits:** Medical and dental insurance, meal voucher starting at R$ 995.00, basic food basket, and a free public transportation pass for São Paulo (excluding trains and subways).
