Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to work within a team, developing and applying quality capabilities to ensure test maturity. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of best practices and standardization **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a Senior Test Analyst available to work in a hybrid model, three days per week at Faria Lima/São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** * Develop manual and automated tests. * Collaborate with the team to define test plans, design test scenarios, and execute tests. * Develop and apply quality capabilities and performance metrics, ensuring visibility into results and test maturity. * Support rollout and QA Chapter oversight, promoting best practices and standardization. **Requirements:** * QA experience with solid hands-on expertise in manual and functional testing, and at least intermediate knowledge of desktop/Web automated testing using Java/JavaScript with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. * Intermediate knowledge/experience in API automation. * Experience using test lifecycle management tools such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). * Execution of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking) * **Work Model: Hybrid** – 3 days per week onsite (near Itaim Bibi/SP). **Preferred Qualifications:** * TestComplete test automation tool and its configuration. * Squash Test test management tool and its configuration. * GitLab CI/CD pipeline and its configuration. * Familiarity with quality and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). * Use of BDD, Cucumber, Containers, YAML, Node.js, JUnit, etc. in automation. * Experience structuring QA Chapter processes. * Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads. **Behavioral Profile:** **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** * Enjoys teamwork and collaborates effectively in their responsibilities; * Has the courage to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into creative solutions and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong problem-solving skills; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and managing their own time; * Is interested in tackling challenging and innovative situations in the technology domain. **Big enough to deliver – small enough to care.** **\#VempraGFT** **\#VamosVoarJuntos** **\#ProudToBeGFT** With over 35 years in the market and operations across 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
