Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Tester to work collaboratively within a team, developing tests and promoting QA best practices, with a focus on creative and innovative solutions. Pursuing creative and innovative technological solutions. **What We’re Looking For:** =================== A professional with experience in Senior Functional Testing – Hybrid position (3 days/week on-site). **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Develop manual tests and subsequently automated tests. * Collaborate with the team in defining test plans, designing test scenarios, and executing tests. * Develop and apply quality capabilities and performance metrics, ensuring visibility into results and test maturity. * Support the rollout and monitoring of the QA Chapter, promoting best practices and standardization. **Technical Requirements** ======================= * Experience in QA, with solid hands-on experience in manual and functional testing, and at least intermediate knowledge of desktop/Web automated testing using Java/JavaScript with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. * Intermediate knowledge/experience in API automation. * Experience using test lifecycle management tools such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). * Running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking). **Preferred Qualifications** ================ * TestComplete test automation tool and its configuration. * Squash Test test management tool and its configuration. * GitLab CI/CD pipeline and its configuration. * Familiarity with quality and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). * Use of BDD, Cucumber, Containers, YAML, Node.js, JUnit, etc., in test automation. * Experience structuring QA Chapter processes. * Experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads. **Behavioral Profile:** ========================== * Communication, Collaboration, Commitment, Positivity, Planning, and Organization * Analytical mindset, Logical reasoning, Holistic view of the product and/or service * Self-motivated and curious * Teamwork \- effective collaboration during pair or team coding; **Behavioral Description:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and strives for quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** situations in the technological domain.
