Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Functional Tester to work on test development and automation, collaborate in defining test plans, and promote QA best practices. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values innovation and continuous growth **What We Are Looking For:** =================== A professional with experience in Senior Functional Testing – Hybrid position (3 days per week). **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Develop manual tests and subsequently automated tests. * Collaborate with the team to define test plans, design test scenarios, and execute tests. * Develop and apply quality capabilities and performance indicators to ensure visibility into test results and maturity. * Support the rollout and monitoring of the QA Chapter, promoting best practices and standardization. **Technical Requirements** ======================= * Experience in QA, with solid hands-on experience in manual and functional testing, and at least intermediate knowledge of desktop/Web automated testing using Java/JavaScript with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. * Intermediate knowledge/experience in API test automation. * Use of test lifecycle management tools such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). * Execution of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking). **Nice-to-Haves** ================ * TestComplete test automation tool and its configuration. * Squash Test test management tool and its configuration. * GitLab CI/CD pipeline and its configuration. * Familiarity with quality and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). * Use of BDD, Cucumber, Containers, YAML, Node.js, JUnit, etc. in automation. * Experience structuring QA Chapter processes. * Experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads. **Behavioral Profile:** ========================== * Communication, Collaboration, Commitment, and Positivity; Planning and Organization * Analytical mindset, Logical reasoning, Holistic view of the product and/or service * Self-taught and curious * Teamwork \- effective collaboration during pair programming; **Behavioral Description:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** technological situations.
