Job Summary: The professional will assume a multidisciplinary role, actively participating in Committee meetings to understand requirements and supporting the definition, implementation, and maintenance of the Command Center’s monitoring technology stack architecture. Experience in solution architecture and tool integration **Description:** Multidisciplinary profile; Actively participate in Committee meetings to gain deeper understanding of their pain points and expectations regarding the needs of other Command Center teams; Knowledge and experience in administration, automation, integration, and usage of monitoring, observability, notification, and ITSI tools and software. Solutions include: Datadog, Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana, Jira Service Management, PagerDuty, PowerBI, and Microsoft solutions such as PowerApps and PowerAutomate. The required knowledge encompasses administration, automation, and integration with the above-listed solutions—not merely end-user familiarity. **Technologies required:** Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, Terraform. Knowledge of the AWS cloud platform to create and configure resources such as: EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL, and WAF. Linux expertise enabling EC2 instance configuration, and installation and configuration of tools such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, NGINX, Docker Engine, and others. Proficiency in programming languages used for automation and tool integration: Python, Shell script, and Groovy. Knowledge of IT governance processes. Understanding of the AIOps model. **Experience:** Technical aptitude and knowledge across technical architecture and other domains Ability to rapidly research and comprehend new technologies, including their functions and features Ability to facilitate and steer discussions concerning dependencies and impacts between business and technology Support the definition of solution architecture, implementation, and maintenance of the Command Center’s monitoring technology stack. Understand the current technological architecture for monitoring, observability, event correlation, and incident response—and the implications of business and IT requirements. Understand and implement integration among already-deployed tools. Develop automations for existing tools and processes. Create and configure dashboards in currently deployed tools, as well as in tools to be installed following the technology stack definition.
