Requirements: The **technical support area** seeks a Technical Support Analyst to join the team of Brazil’s largest software and product development company serving the financial market, where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. Hybrid position based in Porto Alegre, São Paulo, or Belo Horizonte. **This role will be responsible for:** Analyzing incidents and implementing workarounds; Identifying problem origins and implementing root-cause solutions; Understanding customer requests in collaboration with clients; Validating deliverables with clients to ensure requirement adherence; Implementing deliverables within the established SLA; Sharing knowledge and collaborative skills. **Knowledge, experience, or involvement in:** ASP.Net, VB.Net, C\# WebServices, HTML, SQL Server, MVC, and Oracle database; Version control systems TFS (Team Foundation Server) and GIT; Development frameworks and IDEs; Windows application servers; Desirable experience in high-performance implementations; Desirable knowledge of IT Service Management best practices (ITIL).
