Job Summary: Verity is seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer to design, develop, and evolve the frontend layer of an AI platform, building interfaces focused on performance and scalability. Here’s what experience and knowledge you’ll need to accelerate and transform with us: **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Design, develop, and evolve the frontend layer of the AI platform. * Build interfaces focused on performance, scalability, usability, and visual consistency. * Develop complex visual workflows and interactive experiences for application journeys. * Structure the frontend architecture with emphasis on componentization, state organization, and evolutionary maintenance. * Implement integrations with APIs and backend services, ensuring smooth user experience. * Work closely with product, backend, and design teams for continuous platform evolution. * Support the development of interfaces that visually represent workflows, automations, and complex business processes. * Structure and evolve the platform’s frontend architecture using React. * Implement complex interfaces and visual workflows using React Flow. * Define standards for componentization, reuse, and application state organization. * Develop modern interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Build reusable components and scalable frontend architectures. * Implement integrations with REST APIs and backend services. * Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and accessibility. * Collaborate with product and backend teams to define integrations, workflows, and API contracts. * Partner with design to ensure visual consistency and quality of experience. * Participate in defining interaction flows and user journeys. * Define standards for code organization and frontend architecture. * Ensure quality through testing and development best practices. * Implement frontend build and deployment pipelines. * Contribute to continuous improvement of user experience and technical maturity of the platform. Requirements: * Solid frontend development experience with React. * Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. * Experience building modern, responsive, and scalable interfaces. * Experience with componentization, component reuse, and application state management. * Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services. * Knowledge of frontend architecture and best practices for code organization. * Experience with web application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. * Experience implementing frontend tests. * Ability to work hands-on while also defining technical direction. * Strong communication skills with product, backend, and design teams. * Ability to translate business needs into clear, efficient interface solutions. Nice-to-Haves: * Experience with React Flow for building complex visual workflows. * Experience with platforms involving workflows, automations, or process-oriented interfaces. * Experience with design systems and component libraries. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices for frontend applications. * Experience in enterprise environments requiring scalability and technical governance. * Prior experience defining architectural standards and evolving growing frontend codebases.
