We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Flow Platform team—the CI&T Artificial Intelligence platform responsible for delivering shared multi-cloud infrastructure capabilities, AI Gateway, identity, observability, and developer experience for the company's AI products. This person will be responsible for building and evolving applications and services that support the platform, developing scalable solutions for a multi-tenant, event-driven environment. We seek someone with solid Full Stack development experience using NestJS and Next.js, who is interested in working with Generative AI and leveraging AI tools to enhance software development. ### **Responsibilities** Develop and evolve backend services using NestJS and event-driven architectures. Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, following the platform’s design standards. Design and evolve data models and integrations using PostgreSQL. Develop integrations with AI providers and platform services. Participate in architecture definition, technical reviews, and engineering standard evolution. Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD processes and operations in Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments. Use AI agents and tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle and improve delivery quality. Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to build scalable and innovative solutions. ### **Requirements for this challenge** Solid experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript development. Experience with Next.js, React, and modern web application development. Knowledge of event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and messaging using Kafka or similar technologies. Experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. Experience with authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant architectures. Knowledge of observability and monitoring for distributed applications. Experience using AI tools—such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar—to accelerate software development. Technical English for reading documentation and collaborating in global environments. ### **Nice-to-haves** Experience with large-scale multi-tenant environments. Knowledge of Python and FastAPI. Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices. Knowledge of observability using OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, or similar tools. Experience with Platform Engineering and development of shared platforms. Knowledge of analytical data modeling. Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot.
