**Responsibilities and duties** **Ready for a challenge that truly makes a difference?**
We are seeking a **Senior Human Resources Administration Analyst**, analytical and proactive, to support HR Department processes.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Entering, monitoring, and closing termination processes in the payroll system and eSocial, ensuring compliance with legal and internal deadlines;
* Analyzing collective bargaining agreements, labor legislation, and social security regulations to correctly calculate termination payments, indemnity benefits, and mandatory deductions;
* Executing contract terminations in eSocial, including submission of employee separation events and resolving layout inconsistencies when necessary;
* Managing and organizing termination documentation, ensuring collection of signatures, verification of mandatory documents, and archiving in the employee’s personnel file;
* Monitoring legal deadlines and internal schedules related to payment of termination benefits, homologations, and ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and competent authorities;
* Providing support to employees and internal departments regarding questions about the separation process, advising on deadlines, required documents, and rights;
* Supporting other HR Administration routines as needed by the department.

* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
**Work model and schedule:**
On-site, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Remote work on Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
