Here, we seek individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, collaboration, and the desire to create real impact in logistics. #### **Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve end-to-end features covering both frontend and backend with quality and performance * Participate in defining and reviewing solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices * Conduct constructive code reviews to elevate the team’s technical standards * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospective, daily stand-ups), contributing technical insights during product discussions and prioritization * Use AI assistants as an active tool in the development workflow to accelerate deliveries without compromising quality #### **Mandatory Requirements** **Frontend & Backend** * Solid experience with **React / Next.js**, including SSR, SSG, and performance optimization * Proficiency in **Node.js** for API and backend service development * Experience with **Python** in backend contexts, automation, or integrations * Experience designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs **Data & Infrastructure** * Experience with both **relational** and **non-relational** databases * Knowledge of **in-memory caching** technologies (Redis, Memcached, etc.) * Knowledge of **messaging systems** (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) **Quality & Culture** * Proven experience developing **mission-critical**, high-performance, and high-volume processing solutions * Consistent application of best practices: **Clean Code**, SOLID, automated testing, and writing readable, maintainable code * Proven experience using **AI assistants** (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) as part of the development workflow * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps culture #### **Nice-to-have** * Experience with **.NET / C#** * Experience in SaaS environments with high availability * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) * Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
