Specifically:** * Build and evolve .NET services that power the credit decision engine and third-party integrations * Model banking domains applying DDD where appropriate — margin analysis, simulation, formalization, registration * Work with resilient distributed integrations — Kafka, messaging, idempotency, retry, saga, outbox * Help decouple tightly coupled systems: separate business logic from transport, map canonical contracts, standardize adapters per agreement * Participate in architectural decisions alongside Engineering, propose standards and ADRs, leave a technical footprint * Improve observability — OpenTelemetry, Datadog, end-to-end traces — in systems where visibility is currently incomplete * Support less experienced colleagues through pairing, thoughtful code reviews, and documentation that requires no guesswork **What we expect from you** **Essential:** * Proven experience with modern **C# and .NET** (.NET 8+, ideally, with ability to read .NET 10+) * Solid understanding of REST API design, microservices, and synchronous vs asynchronous communication patterns * Practical experience with **messaging systems** — Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar — and related patterns (outbox, saga, idempotency) * Comfort using **AWS** services (Lambda, ECS, SQS, S3, etc.) * Relational **databases** (MySQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar) * Real-world best practices: Clean Architecture, SOLID, tests you actually write, decent Git usage * Prior experience with credit products or operations **Nice-to-have (not mandatory, but valuable):** * Financial domain knowledge — banking, payroll-deductible loans (consignado), or insurance * Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, or React * Experience with Step Functions, EventBridge, or equivalent orchestrators * DDD applied in complex domains * OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or other modern observability stacks * Experience in small teams where technical decisions have direct impact ### **What’s it like working at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment guided daily by Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance.
