We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Senior Accountant** to join our team. The professional will be a key player in the accounting closing process and ensure compliance of financial information with current accounting standards. Key Responsibilities * Execute and review monthly and annual accounting closing routines; * Perform high-complexity reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Assist in preparing trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements (Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement); * Support operational/industrial cost calculations; * Support external and internal audits by providing documents and explanations for variances; * Prepare management reports to support management decision-making; * Validate information in accordance with current legislation. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or currently completing the program. * **Experience:** Solid prior experience in accounting routines, reconciliations, and closing processes. * **Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Intermediate/Advanced Excel) and experience with integrated systems (ERP).
