Support the front desk and control access upon request. ### **Patrol Security Guard (Residential Condominium) – SBC** **Location:** Residential Condominium – São Bernardo do Campo (SBC) **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal and external patrols within the condominium to ensure site security and integrity. * Monitor common areas, parking garages, entrances, and reception desks. * Record incidents and report non-standard situations to the immediate supervisor. * Support the fixed front desk as needed. * Control access for visitors, service providers, and residents upon request. * Ensure compliance with internal condominium regulations. * Act preventively by identifying risks and irregularities.
