With **BRL \+16 billion under management, \+190 active funds, and BRL \+88 billion in transaction volume.** We are driven by the purpose of transforming challenges into opportunities, creating solutions that positively impact companies, investors, and the Brazilian economy. **Role Mission:** Coordinate and ensure the structuring, execution, and management of securitization operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with the company’s financial strategy, thereby contributing to value creation and business sustainability. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the full lifecycle of securitization operations, including origination, structuring, issuance, and monitoring. * Manage and monitor structured asset portfolios, such as FIDCs, CRIs, CRAs, and debentures. * Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controllership, and Commercial. * Engage with external parties, including investors, financial institutions, auditors, law firms, and rating agencies. * Ensure adherence to applicable financial market regulations and legal requirements. * Monitor operational performance, proposing improvements and risk mitigation actions. * Lead analytical processes, due diligence, collateral assessment, and operational structuring. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and executive presentations. * Support the development of new financial products and solutions. * Lead, develop, and engage the team, fostering strategic alignment and high performance. **Work Format:** * On-site \| Curitiba – PR * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract model **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Relevant experience in securitization, structured credit, or capital markets. * Practical experience with instruments such as FIDCs, CRIs, CRAs, and debentures. * Proficiency in credit analysis, financial structuring, and risk management. * Knowledge of financial market regulations. * Leadership ability and experience working with multiple stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance or Capital Markets. * ANBIMA certification. * Experience in structuring new financial products. * Experience operating in highly regulated environments. **Perks:** * Dental plan reimbursement * Health plan reimbursement * Birthday day off * Bonus of up to three salaries upon achieving company goals * Additional service fee for November/December * 23 business-day recess * Life insurance * Opus Gym (with 3% minimum wage discount) * Partnership with FGV and FAE Universities * National Student ID (DNE) * Annual vaccination program * SESC partnership
