Sales Assistant We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our commercial team, contributing to performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and support for departmental strategies. We seek an analytical, organized, and proactive professional who enjoys working with data and is comfortable operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze sales reports and commercial KPIs; * Monitor team goals and performance; * Develop control dashboards and spreadsheets; * Identify growth opportunities and process improvements; * Support the company's commercial strategies; * Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in Administration preferred); * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree is considered a plus; * Prior experience in administrative routines, preferably in commercial or sales areas; * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; * Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Job details:** * Fully on-site position in Campinas/SP; * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM; * Employment type: Full-time CLT contract.
