Job Summary: Sales Analyst responsible for consultative support, customer follow-up, demand management, and supervision of satisfaction metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing communication with various departments A construction company is seeking a Sales Analyst in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Perform consultative support functions both before and after the sale. Monitor the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage technical requests and demands. Supervise satisfaction metrics such as NPS, surveys, and feedback. Generate managerial reports on customer experience. Intervene in sensitive situations with a technical and empathetic approach. Maintain ongoing communication with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and Finance departments. Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or Sales Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
