We are currently seeking a **Quality Manager** **Job Description** This is a technical position supporting SENER’s industrial projects in Brazil and abroad. We seek a **Quality Manager with at least 10\-20 years of experience in the field.** **Work Location: Fortaleza \- CE** **Work Mode: On-site** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Responsible for planning, implementing, and ensuring execution of the project’s Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with technical standards, contractual requirements, and international standards throughout all EPCM phases (engineering, procurement, and construction). * Ensuring compliance with standards such as: ISO 9001, applicable technical standards (ASME, ASTM, IEC, ABNT, among others); * Managing quality processes across Engineering (document and design reviews); * Procurement (inspections, expediting, supplier audits); * Construction and installation (field execution control and inspections); * Coordination; * Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT); * Inspection and Test Plans (ITP); * Quality Dossiers (Data Books / Turnover Packages). **Education and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields); * Postgraduate qualification in Quality and Project Management is desirable; * Experience in industrial projects (Thermal Power Plants and Oil & Gas); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); * Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Exceptional organization and attention to detail, proactivity; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles (engineers, technicians, operations personnel); * Knowledge of, respect for, and application of SENER’s philosophy and core values, organizational and operational principles, standards, and procedures; * Effective and timely task organization and prioritization, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. **Key Benefits** * A permanent full-time employment contract. * A diverse and inclusive workplace offering numerous opportunities for personal and professional development aimed at helping you deliver your best in this role while maintaining a balanced personal life. * Join a Global Business with world-class reputation and competence. **Our Commitment to Diversity** SENER’s mission is to serve its clients and society by providing advanced, precise, and effective engineering solutions that improve clients’ businesses and facilitate society’s access to competitive, safe, sustainable, and state-of-the-art public services, equipment, and infrastructure.
