We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of compliance, safety, and operational excellence. The professional will be responsible for visual, dimensional, and functional inspections, working in testing laboratories, on the production line, and on activities related to WCM/Continuous Improvement. **Responsibilities and duties** * In-Process Inspection: Audit the production line by performing dimensional and visual checks to ensure technical compliance. * Final Product Release: Approve or reject finished products based on technical specifications, drawings, and procedures. * Use of Instruments: Operate precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.). * Recordkeeping and Documentation: Complete inspection reports and checklists, and record non-conformities in the system to support root cause analysis. * Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in identifying process improvements and support internal and external audits. * Safety: Maintain area organization and comply with occupational safety regulations; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Prior experience in quality inspection within an industrial environment. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting standards. * Practical knowledge of operating measuring instruments. * Basic Office suite (Excel and Word) for report completion. * Profile: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred qualifications:** * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Quality, or related fields. * Knowledge of WCM/Continuous Improvement. * Knowledge of quality tools (MASP, FMEA, SPC, Core Tools). * Specific SENAI courses in metrology or inspection. **Additional information** **Tigre Work Style**: On-site **Work Location**: RCO \- Quality Coordination **Working Hours**: 13:30 \- 22:00 \- 6x1 **We care about the well-being of our Tigers and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
