Quality Engineer

Description

Job Summary: Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on construction sites, conducting inspections, preparing technical reports, and driving continuous process improvement. Preparation and analysis of technical reports **Requirements:** \* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering or related fields); \* Experience with quality management systems in construction projects; \* Knowledge of technical standards, procedures, and contractual requirements; \* Experience in inspections, internal audits, and quality control; \* Proficiency in preparation and analysis of technical reports; \* Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel); **Responsibilities:** \* Implement and monitor the project's Quality Management System (QMS); \* Conduct quality inspections on executed work to ensure compliance with designs, standards, and technical specifications; \* Prepare, review, and control procedures, quality plans, and records; \* Support internal and external audits, as well as non-conformance resolution; \* Assist site teams in correctly applying quality standards; \* Prepare technical reports, performance indicators, and action plans; \* Drive continuous process improvement and ensure fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Preferred Qualifications:** \* Experience with projects funded by the World Bank; \* Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, PBQP\-H, among others); Employment Type: Full-time CLT **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
