If you are organized, detail-oriented, and seek to work in a company that values excellence and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! ### **We Offer:** * Salary: To be negotiated; * Meal/Ticket allowance; * TotalPass; * Partnership with educational institutions; * Professional development opportunity. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, with emphasis on **Word and Excel**; * Ability to use computer systems comfortably; * **Preferred qualifications** include prior experience in the Quality field, preferably within dealerships or vehicle manufacturers of other brands. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track the dealership's quality indicators; * Conduct internal audits and support manufacturer audits; * Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations of indicators; * Monitor action plans and ensure compliance with established processes; * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes; * Support managers and teams in standardizing quality procedures; * Manage documents, records, and evidence related to the quality management system; * Provide support to manufacturer requests regarding quality standards.
