If you are organized, detail-oriented, and seek to work in a company that values excellence and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! ### **We Offer:** * Salary: To be discussed; * Meal/Ticket allowance; * TotalPass; * Partnership with educational institutions; * Opportunity for professional development. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school (a college degree is a plus); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, with emphasis on **Word and Excel**; * Ability to use systems efficiently; * **A plus** would be experience in the Quality field, preferably within dealerships or vehicle assembly plants of other brands. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track dealership quality indicators; * Conduct internal audits and support manufacturer audits; * Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations of indicators; * Track action plans and ensure adherence to established processes; * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes; * Support managers and teams in standardizing quality procedures; * Manage documents, records, and evidence related to the quality management system; * Provide support to manufacturer requests regarding quality standards.
